Dear Customer,
Thank you for purchasing one of our ship model kits. As part of our guarantee, we will replace any missing or broken parts free of charge.
However, because we want to make sure we send you exactly what you need, you must provide us with your requests in writing.
Please complete the form below and return it with as much information as possible. This would be greatly assisted by including an image of the part you want us to match, or a copy of the plans that came with your kit.
Note: The missing part(s) will be replaced free of charge only with proof of purchase from our distributor or our on-line shop.
For purchases between private modelers or any other sources including eBay or similar, the missing parts will only be shipped after payment.
